It Is Okay to Not Be Okay

Here we are, almost three weeks into my wellness journey, and when I started it, it was with wide-eyed optimism. “I’m going to do this, and this is how I’m going to do it, and I’m going to help others along the way.”
Those sentiments have not changed, but I am beginning to realize that this journey is likely not going to be so “cut and dry”.
