Welcome back, beautiful soul.

As we step into Day Two of our sacred journey together, we turn inward, toward the body. The sacred vessel that has carried you through every season, every shadow, every softening. Your body is your oldest companion, the one who remembers what your mind may have tucked away in silence.

Maybe she flinches. Maybe she freezes. Maybe she holds tension in your shoulders, your jaw, your chest, whispering quietly, “It wasn’t safe before. What if it still isn’t safe now?”

This is not weakness. This is wisdom.

Your body is not the enemy of your healing, she is the archive. The storyteller. The quiet guardian of every time you felt unseen, unheard, unsafe.

But here’s the truth your mind may have forgotten and your body is waiting to believe again:

Safety is not just something we find. It’s something we practice.

And today, we practice.

EFT Tapping for Fear & Safety

7–10 Minutes of Soulful Reconnection

In today’s guided session, I’ll lead you through a gentle EFT tapping practice - a soft and sacred invitation to meet your body where it is, not where you think it should be.

Together, we’ll touch the points that hold memory and meaning. We’ll breathe life into frozen spaces. We’ll whisper new truths where fear once lived:

✨ “I am allowed to feel soft.”
✨ “I am allowed to feel free.”
✨ “Even now. Especially now.”

In this practice, we are not pushing fear away. We’re welcoming safety in.

Let this be a moment of release, of permission, of soft power. You don’t have to perform. You don’t have to fix. You just have to show up, two fingers, one breath, one sacred whisper at a time.

Invitation to Reflect

A Soulful Pause to Listen Inward

After your tapping session, take a moment to return to stillness. Place a hand on your heart, or your belly, or wherever your body calls your attention. And gently ask:

  • Where in my body do I still feel fear holding on?

  • What did my body say during the tapping?

  • What would it mean to feel safe in small moments?

There are no wrong answers. Only honest ones. Let the words rise without editing. Let the wisdom speak without needing to be polished.


A Gentle Reminder

The body remembers.
But she can also relearn.
She can soften. She can sigh. She can come back into the rhythm of now.

And healing? It doesn’t always begin in the mind.
Sometimes it begins right here - with two fingertips on your chest, a quiet inhale, and the whisper:

✨ “You’re safe now, love. I’ve got you.” ✨

Let that be your mantra today. Your medicine. Your anchor.

You’re doing sacred work, slowly, softly, and so bravely.
And I am right here, walking beside you.
