Hello, there, dear friend!

Welcome to the Garden! I’m Dawna Kreis. Caretaker and Guardian of the Garden, and your hostess.

About the Garden

When I first started this space, I thought it was “mine.” Since then, I’ve let go of Ego and realized that I’m merely its caretaker and guardian.

It has an energy all its own and intentions separate from mine.

The Garden intends to be a space of inspiration and joy for souls on this beautiful journey called "life." It is an oasis to rest, recharge, and find spiritual fuel, tools, techniques, and strategies for living more peacefully, abundantly, and joyfully throughout your human experience.

Here you will find:

The Trail Diaries: Sharings how I have applied aspects of conscious and intentional living in my own life.
My Secret Garden is where I take a deeper dive into some of the tools, techniques, and other subject matter I share in the Garden.
Angel Wisdom: Information about the Archangels and how to work with them. (VIP Subscribers are welcome and encouraged to ask questions, which I happily answer in my Ask the Angels feature.)
Periodically, I do a weekly intuitive reading (Sunday Soul Messages) for the community.

Since the beginning of this year, I have been pretty regular with publishing my posts. In the middle of June, though, I returned to work, and my schedule was more restrictive. I make a point to post - at least - once a week beyond The Garden Pathway Newsletter, which I publish weekly. Sometimes, I get a bit of downtime and publish more. It depends on how life flows for me during the week.

Dawna Kreis, Garden Caretaker and “Joyologist”

I’m a mom of 3 incredible humans and “Nana” to 2. I’m a (retired) military spouse and have been married to DH for over 30+ years.

I like knitting, crocheting, reading, and writing. I go out with friends and other loved ones from time to time, but I’m really something of a homebody.

What I REALLY LOVE, though, is when DH and I take our “home on wheels” out into nature and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Next year… we hit the road full-time. I can’t wait!

I’m a writer, intuitive, energy healer, and "joyologist."

However, I prefer “anam cara,” which roughly translates to “soul friend,” because that’s what I am, and that’s what I seek to “do” in the world. Be a soul friend to others, to you!

Professionally, I am a Certified Spiritual Life Coach who teaches others how to live more deliberately and with more joy while consciously and intentionally creating their lives.

In addition, I’m also something of a “gadget girl.” At least, that’s what DH likes to call me. I like tech! It comes relatively easy to me. Though, you won’t find me on as many platforms as I’ve frequented in the past. (Admittedly, I’ve often been a “kid in a candy store”!) These days, you’ll find me in the Garden Community and here on Substack.
